The Media Development Authority of Singapore and the International Institute of Communications (IIC) will jointly host a communications literacy seminar on 5 October 2012 in Singapore. An international panel will share insights and their experiences in developing programmes that promote responsible online behaviour, the ability to evaluate information in the digital world and discuss approaches for measuring communications literacy.
